1.3 We may approve, decline, suspend or close any partner account at our discretion.

2. RFS estate data

2.1 You may upload details of the premises on your network that are ready for service ("Estate Data"), including postcodes and UPRNs.
2.2 You confirm that Estate Data is accurate, kept up to date, and that you have the right to share it with us.
2.3 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Estate Data to check availability, show your products, route enquiries to you, and publish aggregated availability information (for example the number of ready postcodes in a postcode district) on our website.
2.4 Estate Data uploads take effect only once approved by us.

3. Leads, sales and charges

3.1 A "Lead" is a customer enquiry that we pass to you, with the customer's consent, for a premises covered by your approved Estate Data or for one of your products, where you are responsible for completing the sale. The charge for each Lead is £20.

3.4 We invoice monthly in arrears. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
3.5 You may dispute a Lead within 7 days of receiving it if it is a duplicate of a Lead passed to you in the previous 30 days, the contact details are invalid, or the premises is not covered by your approved Estate Data. Valid disputes are credited.
3.6 You agree to keep each Lead's status updated in the partner portal or via our API (for example contacted, sold, rejected).

This includes offering any products or services (our own, yours, or those of third parties, including other broadband providers and add-on services) before, during or after a Lead or Sale is passed to you, in line with the customer's preferences and applicable law.
4.2 Nothing in these terms gives you exclusivity over any customer, premises or area, and the customer always remains free to choose their provider.

5. Your obligations

5.1 You will contact each Lead promptly, ideally within one working day, and treat customers fairly.
5.2 You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Ofcom's General Conditions, consumer protection law and the rules on switching and contract information.
