Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Your partner account is free. You only pay for results: £20 per lead where your team completes the sale, or £40 per sale where Bulldog Broadband completes the sale for you.
What is an RFS estate upload?
A spreadsheet (CSV) of the addresses on your network that are ready for service, with a postcode and ideally a UPRN for each property. We use it to show your packages to the right customers and to route leads at those addresses to you.
How do I receive leads?
By email to a dedicated inbox, by signed webhook into your CRM, or by pulling them from our API. Every lead also appears in your partner portal, where you can update its status.
Do I get exclusive customers?
On postcodes where only your network is ready, Bulldog can show a dedicated journey with just your packages. Bulldog may still offer customers other products and services, as set out in the partner terms.
